What are your shipping rates?
Enjoy flat-rate delivery at SGD 20 per order, or opt for free delivery with purchases above SGD 300.

Can you deliver at a specific time or on the next working day?
Yes, we offer next business day delivery.
At checkout, simply select "Next Business Day" as your delivery option.

To request a specific time slot, email us at info@delicateapac.com after placing your order, and our team will assist in scheduling.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver within Singapore only.

 

RETURNS 

Can I return wine or spirit if I am unsatisfied?
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if your wine arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us at info@delicateapac.com immediately with a photo, and our team will assist you.

We take great care in packaging and delivery — your satisfaction matters to us.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
Please kindly contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be amended.
