What are your shipping rates?

For all orders, SGD 300 and above are entitled to free delivery. For orders below SGD 300, the delivery fee will be SGD 15.

Can you ship at a specific time or the next working day instead of a timeslot?

We offer an exclusive next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in the Republic of Singapore) delivery service provided it receives your order and its full payment by 12.00 pm on the previous day.

This service will have a surcharge of SGD 30 per delivery address, regardless of the value of your order.

 Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you will be notified when the orders are on the way to your doorstep!

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We do not provide international shipping services. However, we are continuously working to expand our reach and may offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

 

Order Issues

Can I return wine or spirit if I am unsatisfied?

Unfortunately, the items purchased from DELICATE are not eligible for a return. However, if you received a wrong order, please get in touch with our customer support team at info@delicateapac.com or via WhatsApp at +65 8913 1497.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

As we try our best to ensure the wine reaches you safely, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with our customer support team at info@delicateapac.com or via WhatsApp at +65 8913 1497. We will be happy to assist you and provide a solution, which may include an exchange for the same item or a refund. Exchanges are also subject to availability.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?

Please kindly contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be amended.
