Experience the exquisite craftsmanship of Glendronach 28 Years Grandeur Batch 11, a truly remarkable single malt Scotch whisky, handpicked by Master Blender Rachel Barrie from a small number of rare Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. This rare release is bottled at cask strength, preserving its natural character without cold filtration or added colorants. Each bottle is hand-numbered, reflecting the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every drop.

On the nose, you’ll discover rich aromas of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and spices, mingling with a subtle oak influence. The palate reveals a deep, velvety texture with flavors of black cherry, roasted coffee, and a hint of nutmeg, leading to a long, warming finish with notes of toasted walnut and sherry-soaked fruit.

About the Producer

Glendronach, one of three distilleries in the Garioch region, was established in 1826 by James Allardice. Despite early success, a fire in 1837 and Allardice's bankruptcy in 1842 nearly ended the distillery. However, Walter Scott revived it in 1852, and it thrived under subsequent ownerships, including Capt. Charles Grant in 1920. The distillery saw several ownership changes, including its acquisition by Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey producer Brown-Forman in 2016. Today, Glendronach is renowned for its Sherried single malts and has a dedicated following, particularly in Taiwan.
