KYARA Bush Lawyer Shiraz 2015 is in rich dark ruby-red colour with tinges of brick and purple. Bouquet of creosote, BBQ meats and cocoa powder developed from its time on oak. Attractive development, this wine is full bodied yet soft with berry fruits and plum flavours. Drinking well now and could be rewarded with a little time cellaring.

The winemaker Jo Irvine has skillfuly crafted the Shiraz to be the highest quality that the Eden Valley can offer. Great detail is taken through every stage of viticulture and wine making to ensure the wine expresses the single site estate vineyard and the season it came from.

About the Producer

The estate owned vineyard is located in the Eden Valley in the Barossa’s beautiful high country. The ancient soils and unique site produce distinctive varietal flavour characteristics with elegance and complexity. It is an oasis surrounded by majestic gum trees and native wildlife.
