It has floral, perfume and citrus aromatics and a seamless palate with a richness of flavour built from the cool, dry ripening conditions of the vintage. Produced using only free-run juice, fruit flavours are kept pure. Upon tasting, its gentle acidity reveals a medley of fruit flavors such as lemon, white peach, and green apple, all underscored by a captivating mineral essence that lingers elegantly on the palate.
