About Pomerol

Pomerol is a premier wine region on Bordeaux's Right Bank, known for its small vineyard areas totaling less than 800 hectares. There are around 150 wineries, some as small as 0.5 hectares. Due to limited production, the principle of rarity increasing value is evident here, focusing on high-quality wines predominantly made from Merlot. Pomerol wines at this Pomerol Wine Tasting Night are full-bodied with soft tannins, offering powerful yet balanced flavors and aromas of red and black fruits, chocolate, and earth.
