This wine presents an intense cherry red color. Composed of 100% Mencia, it offers characteristics of black fruit, red fruit, and pepper. On the nose, it reveals aromas of intense red fruit, with balsamic and toasted notes, blueberries, plums, violets, walnut husk, dried orange peel, and grilled herbs. Soft in the mouth, this wine comes with balanced tannins and acidity, and hints of black fruits and spices. Ideal for pairing with beef, lamb, game, poultry, roast meat, and spicy dishes.
